Kingdom City Kidnapping ordinance (§ 210.170)
Chapter 210: Offenses · Article II. Offenses Against The Person
A person commits the offense of kidnapping if he/she knowingly restrains another unlawfully and without consent so as to interfere substantially with his/her liberty. (RSMo. § 565.130, 2014 effective 1-1-2017)
