Chapter 210: Offenses · Article IX. Sexual Offenses
A person commits the offense of sexual abuse in the second degree if he/she purposely subjects another person to sexual contact without that person's consent. (RSMo. § 566.101, 2013, 2014 effective 1-1-2017)
