Kingdom City Collection of Taxes ordinance (§ 130.080)
Chapter 130: Taxation and Finance · Article III. Levy Of Taxes
The payment of all taxes authorized by this Article shall be enforced by the Collector in the same manner and under the same rules and regulations as may be provided by law for collecting and enforcing the payment of State and County taxes. (RSMo. § 80.480)
