Kingdom City Absence of Chairman ordinance (§ 110.120)
Chapter 110: Chairman and Board of Trustees · Article I. Chairman And Board Of Trustees: Generally
In case of absence of the Chairman at any meeting of the Board, the Board may appoint a Chairman Pro Tempore, and in case he/she shall die, resign, be removed from office or remove from the Village, the Board of Trustees shall appoint one (1) of its number Chairman, who shall hold the office for the unexpired term. (RSMo. § 80.120)
