Kingdom City No Election for Candidates Required: When ordinance (§ 105.025)

The Village of Kingdom City, Missouri, adopts the provisions of Section 115.124.1, RSMo., permitting the Village to hold no election for office in the event the number of candidates who have filed for a particular office is equal to the number of positions in that office to be filled by election for a period of six (6) years after the election held June 2, 2020.
