Hallsville Fee Usage ordinance (§ 710.280)

A. The aforementioned fees shall be placed into an account which exists solely for the purpose of the accumulation of these funds.

B. The funds shall be used exclusively for the maintenance, treatment, enhancement or rehabilitation of the sanitary sewage system of the City of Hallsville, Missouri. These funds shall be in such an account so that they are allowed to revolve and remain in that fund until such a time as they are used.
