Hallsville Violations and Penalties ordinance (§ 500.120)

A. Failure to comply with the above-listed requirements shall result in the immediate issuance of a stop-work order for the project, which shall be issued by the Superintendent of Public Works. Said stop-work order shall remain in effect until the requirements of this Article are complied with.

B. The City reserves the right to terminate the building permit of any individual(s), company or firm in noncompliance, until compliance has been accomplished as is directed by this Article. Violation of this Article shall result in a fine up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and/or six (6) months in jail.

C. City of Hallsville, Missouri Cost Justification for Building Permit Fee Structure is the justification for assessing a recovery fee for the issuance, administration and inspections required of the staff of the City of Hallsville.
