Chapter 410: Floodplain Management · Article V. Floodplain Management Variance Procedures
The Board of Adjustments, with the advice of the City Attorney, as established by the Board of Aldermen, shall hear and decide appeals and requests for variances from the floodplain management requirements of this Chapter.
