Chapter 410: Floodplain Management · Article I. Statutory Authorization, Findings of Fact, and Purposes
The legislature of the State of Missouri has in Section 89.020, RSMo., delegated the responsibility to local government units to adopt floodplain management regulations designed to protect the health, safety, and general welfare.
