Hallsville Regulations Not Exclusive ordinance (§ 365.020)
Chapter 365: Stopping, Standing or Parking Restricted or Prohibited on Certain Streets
In short: A parking time limit doesn't excuse you from stricter rules that ban or limit stopping, standing or parking in certain places or at certain times; you must still follow whichever rule is more restrictive.
Our plain-English summary, not the official text or legal advice. The ordinance below is what counts.
The provisions of this Title imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person from the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles in specified places or at specified times.
