Hallsville Lamps on Parked Vehicles ordinance (§ 350.050)
Chapter 350: Method of Parking
In short: Between 30 minutes after sunset and 30 minutes before sunrise, a parked vehicle needs no lights if there's enough light to see a person or object 500 feet away. If not, it needs a white or amber light visible 500 feet to the front and a red one 500 feet to the rear (motor-driven cycles exempt). Any lit headlamps must be dimmed.
