Hallsville Speed Limits Established ordinance (§ 320.030)

A. No person shall drive a vehicle on any street at a greater speed than is reasonable and prudent under conditions then and there existing.

B. No person shall, where no special hazard exists, drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour, except as provided in Schedule I.
