Hallsville Appointment of Chief ordinance (§ 200.010)

Chapter 200: Police Department

The Chief of Police shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Board. All other appointments to or promotions within the Department shall also be made by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Board.
