Hallsville Interference by Board of Aldermen or Mayor Prohibited; Exceptions ordinance (§ 115.310)
Chapter 115: City Officials · Article V. City Administrator
No member of the Board of Aldermen or Mayor shall directly interfere with the conduct of any department, agency or office or with the duties of employees subordinate to the Administrator except at the express direction of the Board of Aldermen or with the approval of the Mayor and Administrator.
