Hallsville Qualifications ordinance (§ 115.190)

The Administrator shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and shall be chosen solely on the basis of education, experience and executive and administrative qualifications. He/she shall hold, as a minimum, a bachelor's degree or the equivalent in a field of finance, administration or public administration or have at least five (5) years' practical experience in the field of public administration.
