Glasgow Composition of Board ordinance (§ 700.610)
Chapter 700: Water and Sewer · Article IV. Sewer Regulations
One member of the Hearing Board shall be a registered professional engineer, one (1) member shall be a practicing sanitary engineer, one (1) member shall be a representative of industry or manufacturing enterprise, one (1) member shall be a lawyer, and one (1) member shall be selected at large for his/her interest in accomplishing the objectives of this Chapter.
