Glasgow Definitions ordinance (§ 605.170)
Chapter 605: Business and Occupation Taxes · Article II. Businesses, Trades And Occupations
As used in this Article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PERSON: When used in this Article, shall include any individual, copartnership, joint adventure, association, corporation, estate, trust, business trust, receiver, syndicate, or any other group or combination, acting as a unit and the plural as well as the singular number.
