Glasgow Applicability ordinance (§ 510.020)

Chapter 510: Regulation of Wireless Communication Facilities

Any company, partnership, corporation, limited-liability company, or individual seeking to construct or modify wireless communications antennas, associated structures and equipment, and similar facilities located within the City limits, whether upon private or public lands, shall be subject to this Chapter of the City Code.
