Glasgow Definitions; Conditions for Erecting Modular Home, Etc., in R-2 District ordinance (§ 405.250)

A. A mobile home, modular unit and manufactured home are defined as set out in Section 405.010 of this Chapter. A modular home, modular unit or manufactured home may be erected in the R-2 District, provided:

1. The Building Inspector finds that the external appearance of the structure would harmonize with the external appearance of the adjoining structures.

2. There is no objection from the property owners immediately adjacent to the proposed modular home.

3. There is minimal objection from the property owners within one hundred eighty-five (185) feet from the proposed location.
