Glasgow Area Requirements ordinance (§ 405.090)

A. The area requirements for R-1 Residential Districts are as follows:

1. Minimum lot area:

a. Single-family: ten thousand (10,000) square feet.

b. Mobile home subdivision: seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet.

c. Multiple-family: seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet for first two (2) units plus one thousand eight hundred (1,800) square feet for each additional unit.

2. Minimum lot width (measure at front yard line):

a. All residential uses: one hundred (100) feet.

3. Minimum yard requirements:

a. Front: thirty (30) feet.

b. Side: fifteen (15) feet.

c. Lots of record ten percent (10%) of existing frontage with minimum of eight (8) feet for each side yard.
