Glasgow Notice to City and Other Officials ordinance (§ 392.080)

A. Immediately upon the issuance of a parade permit, the Chief of Police shall send a copy thereof to the following:

1. The Mayor;

2. The City Attorney;

3. The Fire Chief;

4. The Superintendent of the City Street Department;

5. The Postmaster;

6. The General Manager or responsible head of each public transportation utility, the regular routes of those whose vehicles will be affected by the route of the proposed parade.
