Glasgow Appeal Procedure ordinance (§ 392.060)

Chapter 392: Parades

Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a parade permit to the Board of Aldermen. The appeal shall be taken within fifteen (15) days after notice. The Board of Aldermen shall act upon the appeal within fifteen (15) days after its receipt.
