Glasgow Right to Inspect ordinance (§ 375.210)
Chapter 375: Bicycles, Motorized Bicycles, Electric Bicycles and Skateboards, Roller Blades, Etc · Article II. Skateboards, Roller Blades, Scooters And Similar Devices
Any peace officer may, at any time, have the right to inspect any skateboard, roller blades, roller skates, scooter, or similar device being used on public sidewalks and to require the owner or operator to put the same in a safe operating condition.
