Glasgow Hooking-On or Towing ordinance (§ 375.130)
Chapter 375: Bicycles, Motorized Bicycles, Electric Bicycles and Skateboards, Roller Blades, Etc · Article I. Bicycles, Motorized Bicycles And Electric Bicycles
No person riding a bicycle shall hook on to any bicycle or other vehicle or tow another bicycle or permit his/her bicycle to be towed.
