Glasgow Boating Dock ordinance (§ 235.170)

A. No fishing shall be permitted from, and no swimming or diving or sunbathing shall be permitted from or within ten (10) feet of the boating dock at the Missouri River in Stump Island Park. Any person violating the foregoing shall be guilty of an offense.

1. The boating dock shall be generally used for loading and unloading of boats, and not for other purposes.

2. Penalty. The penalty for violating the foregoing shall be as provided in Section 100.220 of the Code of the City of Glasgow.
