Glasgow Use Limited ordinance (§ 210.2190)

A. The discharge of fireworks within the limits of the City of Glasgow, Missouri, shall be lawful on the 4th day of July of each year only, but only outside the central business district, more particularly described as follows:

1. An area bounded by the Missouri River on the West, thence South to Gregg's Creek, thence East to Highway 87, thence North on Highway 87 to Second Street, thence North on Second Street to Saline Street, thence West on Saline Street, to the Missouri River, to the point of beginning.
