Glasgow Criminal Mischief ordinance (§ 210.1260)
Chapter 210: Offenses · Article VII. Offenses Concerning Property
A person commits the offense of criminal mischief if he or she unlawfully detains, occupies, or trespasses upon a residential dwelling.
