Glasgow Generally ordinance (§ 200.010)

Chapter 200: Police Department

This Chapter consists of the rules and regulations of the operation of the Police Department of this City. To the extent that this Chapter conflicts with the provisions of Chapter 135 (relating to personnel), this Chapter shall prevail. To the extent that regulations promulgated by the Mayor or by the Chief of Police, under the authority of this Chapter, conflict with the provisions of Chapter 135 (relating to personnel), then Chapter 135 shall prevail.
