Glasgow Dissemination of City-Wide General Information ordinance (§ 150.020)

Dissemination of City-wide general information via email shall be the responsibility of the City Clerk. Information to be transmitted to all employees or all members of the Board of Aldermen and Mayor or others for City business shall be sent to the City Clerk for dissemination. This does not prohibit other departments from sending specific or emergency information out City-wide in order to notify employees and others quickly.
