Glasgow Rules and Regulations ordinance (§ 140.410)
Chapter 140: Boards, Commissions, Committees and Authorities · Article V. Library Board
The Library Board shall make and adopt such bylaws, rules and regulations for their own guidance, and for the government of the library, as may be expedient, and not inconsistent with State law.
