Chapter 140: Boards, Commissions, Committees and Authorities · Article V. Library Board
The members of the Library Board shall serve for terms of three (3) years each, provided the first Board shall be appointed so that one-third (1/3) of its membership shall serve for a term of one (1) year, one- third (1/3) for two (2) years, and one-third (1/3) for three (3) years.
