Glasgow Composition ordinance (§ 140.330)
Chapter 140: Boards, Commissions, Committees and Authorities · Article V. Library Board
The Library Board shall be composed of nine (9) trustees, chosen from citizens residing within Howard County R-II School District. No member of the City government shall be a member of the Board.
