Glasgow Accepts State Housing Authorities Law ordinance (§ 140.290)

The Board of Aldermen of the City accepts the provisions of the Housing Authorities Law of the State of Missouri, and approves of the exercise by the City, through the provisions of said law, of the powers, functions and duties specified in said law and declares that such proceedings to be taken to establish in the City the Housing Authority of the City of Glasgow, Missouri, in accordance with Section 99.010 et seq., RSMo., as amended.
