Glasgow Park Board Established ordinance (§ 140.010)

A. The Park Board shall consist of five (5) directors whose duty it shall be to supervise, manage and control the park or parks of this City as provided under Sections 90.500 to 90.570, RSMo.

B. The terms of the prior existing Park Board are hereby terminated and nine (9) new members shall be named to the Park Board each with a new term taking into consideration the requirements of staggered terms as set forth in Section 140.020 of the City Code and therefore appoint two (2) members to the Board for three-year terms, two (2) members to two-year terms, and one (1) member to a one-year term.
