Glasgow Court Established ordinance (§ 125.010)

There is established in the City of Glasgow, Missouri (hereafter "City"), a Municipal Court known as the "Municipal Court" of City; the Court shall be a division of the Circuit Court of Howard County, Missouri; and the caption in all pleadings shall be as follows:

IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF HOWARD COUNTY: AT FAYETTE, MISSOURI-GLASGOW MUNICIPAL DIVISION
