Glasgow Lawsuits ordinance (§ 115.330)
Chapter 115: City Officials · Article V. City Attorney
No one shall have a right to use the name "The City of Glasgow" in any legal proceedings unless an ordinance or resolution is passed by the Board of Aldermen of the City allowing the use of said name.
