Glasgow May Appoint Chief of Police ordinance (§ 115.100)
Chapter 115: City Officials · Article I. General Provisions
The Board of Aldermen is hereby authorized to appoint a Chief of Police upon such terms and conditions as to the Board shall seem appropriate, who shall perform all duties previously required to be performed by the City Marshal, and such additional duties as the Board may prescribe.
