Glasgow Special Meetings ordinance (§ 110.180)
Chapter 110: Mayor and Board of Aldermen · Article II. Board Of Aldermen Meetings
Special meetings may be called by the Mayor or by any two (2) or more members of the Board of Aldermen by written request filed with the City Clerk who shall thereupon prepare a notice of such special meeting in conformance with Chapter 120, Open Meetings and Records Policy, of this Code.
