Fulton Preparation of Ballots ordinance (Charter § 9.3)

City Charter · Article IX. Nominations and Elections

The names of candidates for elective offices shall be printed on the ballot without party designation in the order in which they were received. The names of candidates in election notices shall be printed in the order in which they were received.
