Fulton Submission of Budget and Budget Message ordinance (Charter § 8.2)
City Charter · Article VIII. Financial Procedures
On or before sixty (60) days prior to the end of the fiscal year, the mayor shall submit to the council a budget for the ensuing fiscal year and an accompanying message.
