Fulton Acting Director of Administration ordinance (Charter § 5.4)

City Charter · Article V. Director of Administration

The personnel code shall provide for the appointment of an acting city director of administration in the event of a vacancy in the office of the city director of administration for a period no longer than shall be required to conduct a search for a person to occupy the office of director of administration.
