Fulton Incorporation, Name and Boundaries ordinance (Charter § 1.1)

City Charter · Article I. Incorporation, Name and Boundaries

The inhabitants of the City of Fulton, within the corporate limits as now established on file in the office of the city clerk or as hereafter established in the manner then provided by law, shall continue to be a municipal body politic and corporate in perpetuity, under the name of the City of Fulton.
