Fulton Review of and recommendation on permit by city engineer ordinance (§ 98-57)

Chapter 98: Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places · Article III. Excavations

All applications for permits required under this article shall be referred to the city engineer for his review and recommendation. If he finds that the applicant has complied with all the requirements of this article and all other ordinances, laws and regulations of the city, he shall recommend to the city clerk that the permit be issued.
