Fulton Conformance to specifications; costs ordinance (§ 98-31)
Chapter 98: Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places · Article II. Construction and Repair
(a) All construction and repair work on streets, alleys, sidewalks, curbs and gutters in the city shall be performed in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the city engineer, as approved and amended by the council from time to time.
(b) The cost of construction and repair of streets, alleys, sidewalks, curbs and gutters in the city may be assessed and collected as provided by state law.
