Fulton Responsibilities of manager ordinance (§ 94-28)

(a) The solid waste manager shall be responsible for all matters relating to the operation of the city landfill, trash pickup and solid waste management.

(b) The manager shall have supervisory responsibility for all activities and personnel of the solid waste department.

(c) It shall be the duty of the manager to make all necessary inspections and investigations of any and all premises to see that this chapter is complied with, and it shall further be the duty of the manager to administer and enforce all sections of this chapter.
