Fulton Established ordinance (§ 94-26)

Chapter 94: Solid Waste · Article II. Solid Waste Department

There is established a solid waste department, the purpose of which is to provide for the solid waste management of the city. The department shall be organized and maintained as provided for by the ordinances of the city.
