Fulton Frequencies ordinance (§ 94-111)

The following collection frequencies shall apply to collections of solid waste within the city:

(1) Residential. All residential solid waste, except yard waste, recyclables and bulky trash, shall be collected weekly. Should a city-designated holiday fall on the day of solid waste pickup, the solid waste manager shall give ten days' prior public notice as to the designated collection day. Recyclables, bulky trash, and yard waste collection shall be established by city council from time to time.

(2) Commercial. All commercial solid waste shall be collected at least once a week and shall be collected at more frequent intervals as may be fixed by the manager or requested by the commercial establishment upon a determination that more frequent intervals are necessary for

the preservation of the health and safety of the public.
