Fulton Hanging signs ordinance (§ 92-54)
Chapter 92: Signs · Article III. Standards and Requirements
All hanging signs shall:
(1) Only be permitted under permanent structures such as canopies and covered walkways;
(2) Be firmly attached to their mounting and may not move in the wind;
(3) Provide a minimum of seven feet of clearance to ground level; and
(4) Not exceed six inches high by 18 inches wide in area.
