Fulton Fluttering signs ordinance (§ 92-52)
Chapter 92: Signs · Article III. Standards and Requirements
(a) Nongovernment flags no greater than five by eight feet.
(b) Pennants, streamers or other flexible material which moves with the wind or by some artificial means.
(c) Shall be located at least ten feet from property lines.
(d) Shall not exceed thirty five feet in height from ground to top of pole.
(e) No fluttering sign shall be erected within 25 feet of street intersections.
