Fulton Prohibited signs ordinance (§ 92-44)

The following types of signs are prohibited:

(1) Flashing signs except when defined in section 92-1 as reader boards.

(2) Marquee signs;

(3) Moving signs (operated mechanically, electrically, electronically, or by wind or other forces of nature except as provided in section 92-46);

(4) Paper, cloth, cardboard or other similar nonpermanent material signs except as provided in section 92-63;

(5) Post signs except as provided for in sections 92-52, 92-55 and 92-57.
